Abuse Management
The Foundation of Applied Privacy is a privacy infrastructure provider operating privacy-enhancing Internet services (Tor exit relays) for the general public using the following IP address ranges:
- IPv4: 109.70.100.0/25
- IPv6: 2a03:e600:100::/112
These IP address ranges are used to pass-through Tor user traffic.

How Tor Works
A detailed description about what Tor is and how it works can be found on the official website of the Tor Project.
Required Information
To effectively process abuse requests all request must include the following information:
- Timestamp (UTC)
- Source IP Address
- Destination IP Address
- Destination Port and Protocol (UDP/TCP)
Detection of Tor Exit Relays
The following official website from The Tor Project can be used to determine if an IP address used to be a Tor exit relay at a given date:
