Abuse Management

The Foundation of Applied Privacy is a privacy infrastructure provider operating privacy-enhancing Internet services (Tor exit relays) for the general public using the following IP address ranges:

  • IPv4: 109.70.100.0/25
  • IPv6: 2a03:e600:100::/112

These IP address ranges are used to pass-through Tor user traffic.

Required Information

To effectively process abuse requests all request must include the following information:

  • Timestamp (UTC)
  • Source IP Address
  • Destination IP Address
  • Destination Port and Protocol (UDP/TCP)

Detection of Tor Exit Relays

The following official website from The Tor Project can be used to determine if an IP address used to be a Tor exit relay at a given date:
